1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the PureSwift Solo Cleaning website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

PureSwift Solo Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the East Tennessee area, including but not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and commercial cleaning. Services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, accessibility issues, or failure to meet payment obligations.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices listed on our website are starting rates and may vary based on the size, condition, and scope of work required. Final pricing will be confirmed before services begin. All prices are in US dollars.

  • Standard Cleans start at $150
  • Deep Cleans start at $200
  • Commercial Cleans are priced at $0.20 per square foot
  • Additional services are priced per job

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged in advance. We accept cash, check, and electronic payment methods.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Liability & Insurance

PureSwift Solo Cleaning is a licensed, insured, and LLC-registered business. While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your property, our liability for any damage is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to a maximum of the service fee paid.

Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and pets prior to the cleaning appointment. We are not liable for damage to items not disclosed before the service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with the quality of our cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will make it right.

7. Service Area

PureSwift Solo Cleaning currently serves the following areas in East Tennessee: Bulls Gap, Morristown, Rogersville, Greeneville, Baileyton, and Kingsport. Service availability outside these areas is at our discretion.

8. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate contact for cleaning services. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information through our forms, or attempt to interfere with the website's functionality.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
